परमानन्ददायिनी

परम आनन्द देने वाली - जो उच्चतम आनन्द देती हैं, परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर सुख नहीं बल्कि वह निर्हेतु, बिना शर्त आनन्द जो तब उठता है जब किसी का स्वभाव पूरी तरह पहचाना जाता है

वैश्विक ध्यान आन्दोलन की सबसे सुसंगत खोज यह है: कि निरन्तर अभ्यास बाहरी परिस्थितियों से स्वतन्त्र कल्याण की गुणवत्ता की ओर ले जाता है। यह परमानन्द की वैज्ञानिक पुनःखोज है। परमानन्ददायिनी वह नहीं देती जो हम कमाते हैं बल्कि वह जो हम हैं।
