ॐChant in self-inquiry practice (atma vichara) and in Vedanta study. Ātmavidyā is the supreme knowledge that makes all other knowledge possible - the knowing that knows itself. Every other form of knowledge arises within this awareness; this awareness is what the goddess herself is.
