ब्रह्मग्रन्थि (आध्यात्मिक उत्थान में पहली रुकावट) को भेदने (तोड़ने) वाली

तीन ग्रन्थियाँ (psychic knots) कुण्डलिनी को रोकती हैं: ब्रह्मग्रन्थि (Muladhara-Swadhisthana, attachment to physical body), विष्णुग्रन्थि (Manipura-Anahata, attachment to emotions), रुद्रग्रन्थि (Vishuddhi-Ajna, attachment to siddhis/powers)। पहली ग्रन्थि (Brahma) भौतिक शरीर का मोह है। जब शरीर की चिन्ता (health anxiety, looks obsession) कम हो, पहली ग्रन्थि टूटी।
