नित्यानन्दः

The eternal bliss, the joy that has no beginning, no peak, and no end but flows as an unceasing river that was flowing before any experience and will flow when all experiences have dissolved

नित्य आनन्द, वह आनन्द जिसका कोई आरम्भ नहीं, कोई चरम नहीं और कोई अन्त नहीं बल्कि एक अनवरत नदी के रूप में बहता है जो किसी अनुभव से पहले बह रही थी और तब भी बहेगी जब सभी अनुभव विलीन हो जाएंगे

नित्यानन्द दत्तात्रेय को नित्य आनन्द नाम देता है। स्वामी नित्यानन्द (20वीं सदी के महान दक्षिण भारतीय अवधूत जिन्हें अनेक लोग दत्तात्रेय की अभिव्यक्ति मानते हैं) ने विशेष रूप से इस नाम को अपने जीवन-अभिव्यक्ति के रूप में वहन किया। भारत की 'ब्रह्म-आनन्द' की परम्परा इस नित्यानन्द घोषणा में अपनी सबसे प्रत्यक्ष अभिव्यक्ति पाती है।
